Life Cykel offers a Money Back Guarantee if you are not completely satisfied within the first 30 days of receiving your product. Customers need to send the full product back to our address at the customer’s cost.

Life Cykel will give a full refund on the price of any product purchased when the product is returned to us within 14 days of purchase, this excludes shipping costs, customs, duties and taxes. We do this in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
