We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied. That's why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, you can request a refund or store credit.

You will need to return the full product to our return address at your own cost.
Refunds and/or store credits will be processed once the returned product has been received, inspected and accepted.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed and dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must instead be returned in accordance with this policy.
Returns
We offer a return option for unopened and unused products within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Gift cards are non-refundable.

A refund and/or store credit will be processed once your returned products have been received, inspected and accepted.

Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item and are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt and advise whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply where:
Items are not returned in their original condition.
Items are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Items are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:
Recheck your bank account.
Contact your credit card company, as posting may be delayed.
Contact your bank, as refunds can take time to process.

Store Credit
If you receive store credit, please note:
Once store credit has been issued and/or redeemed, it cannot be refunded for cash.
Store credit is valid for three (3) years from the date of issue.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds unless otherwise stated.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item has been received and approved, a gift certificate or store credit will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift, or was sent to the purchaser first, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
