Shipping Rates
We offer the following shipping options for UK customers:
Free Standard Shipping on all orders over £50
Standard Shipping at £3.99 on orders under £50
Order Processing Time
Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
Shipping timelines begin when the package leaves the warehouse.
Please Note: Once an order is placed and paid for, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. As this is managed by a third-party provider, we will do our best to accommodate any requests to edit, change, or cancel your order — however, please be aware that the chances of making changes are low. If we’re unable to make the requested changes, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Order cut-off times (BST):
Orders placed after 2pm Monday–Thursday will begin processing the following day.
Orders placed after 12pm Friday or on the weekend will begin processing on Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a public holiday).
Once an order is placed and paid for, it is sent to a third-party warehouse.
We are unable to accommodate requests to change or cancel the order after this point.
Delivery Timeframes
UK Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days
Undelivered Items
If your parcel is returned to us due to circumstances outside our control (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable), we will refund the full value of your order minus shipping costs. In some cases, a re-shipping fee may apply, based on the order's weight and destination.
To report a missing or damaged parcel, you must contact us within 30 days of the shipping date.
Courier investigations cannot extend beyond this period. We are unable to offer refunds or reshipments for claims made after this window.
Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection is an optional add-on available at checkout that provides faster resolution if your order is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. If Shipping Protection is selected and an issue occurs, we will arrange a replacement shipment immediately.
If Shipping Protection is not selected, we will complete the standard investigation process with the courier before we can arrange a replacement or provide another resolution, and this process may take a little longer.

Change of mind
Incorrect shipping addresses
Shipping Protection is non-refundable, except in cases where the order has not yet been shipped. Nothing in this Shipping Protection policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
