Delivery Delays:

Please be advised that orders placed between June 26th and 30th, 2024, will be dispatched from our warehouse on July 1st due to a scheduled stocktake. We appreciate your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

SHIPPING RATES

Our standard shipping rate options:

1. Free Standard Shipping on UK orders over £120

2. Standard Shipping £18 on UK orders under £120 

Our promotional shipping rate option (limited time only):

1. Free Standard Shipping on UK orders containing Biohacker Sets and/or Value Packs

Processing Time

Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days of receipt from our warehouse. Shipping quotes begin when the package leaves the warehouse. 

Orders placed after 2pm BST Monday through Thursday will begin processing the following day.

Orders placed after noon BST Friday and on the weekend will begin processing starting on the following Monday, unless Monday is a major holiday, at which point orders will begin processing on Tuesday.

Please note that once an order has been placed and paid for, it is sent to our warehouse for processing. As this is a third party service provider, we are unable to accommodate requests to change or cancel orders. 

Shipping Time Frames

UK Standard Shipping delivery time frame is 3 - 5 Business Days. We ship from Swindon, UK.

Customs and Duties

As the world is a big place full of different rules and regulations, any customs duties that may be payable are the sole responsibility of the customer purchasing. We thank you for your understanding. Enjoy the magic of mushrooms!

Undelivered Items

For undelivered items that are returned to us due to reasons outside of our control (eg address changes, inability to receive the order and other causes), we will refund the full value of the order minus the shipping costs. In some cases we also need to charge a re-shipping fee. These charges will be determined by location and weight of the order. Thanks for understanding the complicated world of shipping and the cost of doing business within it :)

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is an optional shipping insurance add-on at checkout that covers packages that are damaged, stolen or lost during transit. It does not cover change of mind or instances where the incorrect address has been provided at checkout. Shipping Protection is a non-refundable item, except where the order has not been shipped yet.
